    Branding & Colors

Make your invoices and quotes look like they actually came from your business, not a generic template. Your brand deserves that consistency.

    Why Branding Matters

When a client opens your invoice, it should feel familiar. If your website is blue and your emails use a specific style, your invoices should match. It's a small detail, but it adds up to a more professional, cohesive experience.

    Customizing Your Colors

Head to Customize from your dashboard, then select Branding and Colors.

    Here you can set:

Primary color – Used for headers, buttons, and accents
Secondary color – For supporting elements
Text colors – Make sure everything stays readable

Pick colors that match your existing brand. If you have specific hex codes from your brand guidelines, you can enter those directly.

    Applying Your Branding

Check the boxes for where you want your brand colors to appear:

    Invoice headers
    Buttons and links
    Table headers
    Accent elements

    Preview Your Changes

Before saving, preview how your invoices and quotes will look with the new colors. This way you can catch anything that doesn't quite work-like text that's hard to read against a certain background.

    Save and Go

Happy with how it looks? Save your settings. Every invoice and quote you create from now on will carry your branding automatically.

Remember: Consistent branding builds trust. Even small touches like matching colors help clients remember who you are.
