    Feature Guide

    Invoice Templates

Create and manage multiple invoice templates for different projects, businesses, brands, or freelance activities with customized branding and invoice designs.

    What are Invoice Templates?

Invoice Templates allow you to create and manage multiple invoice templates in BGinvo. Each template can be customized for a different project, business, brand, or freelance activity, helping you keep your invoices organized and consistent.

    Each template can include:

    Template name
    Trading name
    Trading logo
    Contact email
    Phone number
    Address
    Invoice template design
    Logo visibility
    Company name visibility

    Creating an Invoice Template

Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Template Settings.

Create a new template and add the required trading details such as trading name, contact email, phone number, and address. You can also upload the logo associated with the project or business.

Once saved, the template can be used when creating invoices.

    Choosing an Invoice Template Design

When creating a template, you can select the invoice design you want to use.

This allows you to use different invoice designs for different projects, businesses, or brands.

For example, you can create one template for your web development project and another template for your consulting business.

    Customizing Template Visibility

BGinvo gives you control over which branding elements appear on your invoice.

    You can choose to:

    Display or hide your logo
Display or hide your company name

This helps you create invoices that match the branding and requirements of each project.

    Using Templates for Different Projects

If you manage multiple projects, you can create a separate template for each project.

    For example:

    Web Development
    Digital Marketing
    Graphic Design
    Consulting

Each project can have its own trading details, logo, invoice design, and visibility settings.

This means you can manage multiple project identities from one BGinvo account.

    Setting a Default Template

If you regularly use the same template for a project, you can set it as the default template.

This saves time because you do not need to manually select the same template every time you create an invoice.

    Why Invoice Templates Matter

    Multiple invoice templates help you:

Manage multiple projects from one account
Use different business or trading details
    Maintain consistent branding
    Use different invoice designs
    Reduce repetitive data entry
    Create invoices faster
Avoid using the wrong business information

    Best Practice

Create a separate template when a project or business requires different branding, trading details, or invoice designs.

Keep your template information accurate and up to date, especially your trading name, email, phone number, address, and logo.

Set the most frequently used template as the default for the relevant project to make invoice creation faster.
