Convert a Quote to an Invoice
If your client has accepted a quote, you don't need to recreate the invoice manually. BGInvo lets you convert an accepted quote into an invoice while keeping the quote details organized.
Create a Quote
Start by logging in to your BGInvo account and opening the dashboard.
From the sidebar, go to Quotes and click New Quote.
Select or Add a Client
Choose an existing client for the quote. If the client is not already in BGInvo, you can add a new client.
Configure the Quote
Select the currency you want to use and choose an expiration date for the quote.
Add Line Items
Add the products or services included in the quote. For each line item, you can enter:
Review the line items and make sure all pricing, tax, and discount information is correct.
Send the Quote
Once everything is ready, click Send Quote.
BGInvo will send the quote to your client's email address with a link where they can view and respond to the quote.
Wait for Client Acceptance
Your client can review the quote and accept it through the provided link.
Once the quote has been accepted, return to BGInvo and open the accepted quote.
Convert the Quote to an Invoice
Click Convert to Invoice.
BGInvo will convert the accepted quote into an invoice using the quote details, so you don't have to enter the information again.
Find the Converted Invoice
After converting the quote, click View Invoice List.
The converted quote will appear in your invoice list as a Draft Invoice.
Finalize the Invoice
Find the draft invoice and click the Action button.
Review the invoice details and finalize it when everything is correct.

That's it. Your accepted quote has been successfully converted into an invoice.
